AFL 2026 — Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the mobile game AFL 2026 (the “app”), published on Google Play and the Apple App Store by Aurelien Girardot (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Summary: the app is a single-player game you licence rather than own. Purchases inside it buy in-game items, not property, and are refunded by the store you bought them from — not by us. The game plays offline, we hold none of your data, and we provide it “as is”.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You do not buy the app or any content in it; you buy the right to use them under these terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app or any part of it.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
- Modify the app or use cheats, automation, memory editors or modified clients to obtain in-game currency or items you did not earn or buy.
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.
3. In-app purchases and virtual items
- The app offers optional purchases (coin and gem packs, bundles, and an ads-removal purchase). They are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store; we never see or hold your payment details.
- Coins, gems and every other in-game item are a limited licence to use virtual content inside the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the app, and are not your property.
- Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its own policy (Google Play Help → Refunds; Apple → reportaproblem.apple.com). Your statutory rights are unaffected.
- Purchases can be restored on the same store account via “Restore purchases” (Settings → Account, and on the Store screen). Virtual items are tied to that store account and to your device's local save; deleting the app can lose progress that has not been re-restored.
- Prices, contents and availability of packs may change. We may add, alter or withdraw items and features.
4. Paid random items (loot boxes)
Where the app sells any item whose contents are randomly determined, the odds are disclosed on the purchase screen before you buy, as Google Play's and Apple's rules require. Buying such an item is a purchase of the draw itself, not of any particular outcome.
5. Advertising
The app shows advertising served by Google AdMob — optional rewarded videos you choose to watch for in-game rewards, and occasional interstitials between matches. Rewards for watching an ad are granted only when the ad provider reports that the ad finished. Ad availability is outside our control; we do not guarantee an ad will be available when you want one. How advertising data is handled, and how to change your consent, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your data
The app plays fully offline, has no accounts, and stores your saves and settings on your device. What little personal data is processed — and by whom — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its code, art, audio, text and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Team names, player names, competitions and other third-party marks that may appear in the app remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
8. Age
The app is not directed at children under 13 and its store listings declare a target audience of 13 and older. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made on their account.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not obliged to keep supporting any particular device, OS version or store.
10. Termination
You may end this licence at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end it if you materially breach these terms. On termination the licence in Section 1 ends and any virtual items are forfeited without compensation.
11. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us or the relevant store for the app and its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, and (b) EUR 50. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights your local law gives you, and nothing here overrides them.
12. App-store terms
These terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for any claim relating to it, and have no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms of your device and store.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the app after a revision means you accept it. If a change is material, we will surface it in the app before it takes effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you live, and may bring proceedings in that country's courts.
