Rugby Careers 26

Privacy Policy

Effective date 22 August 2026 Publisher AUVIPO support@auvipo.com

No account, no servers

The game runs entirely offline. There is no sign-up, and we operate no servers. We collect no personal data ourselves.

Saves stay on your device

Career progress and settings are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.

Ads are the one exception

Google's advertising SDK is the only component that processes data — with your consent where required.

You are in control

A consent form in the EEA/UK, the iOS tracking permission, and a one-time Remove Ads purchase.

1.Who is responsible

Rugby Careers 26 (the "game") is developed and published by AUVIPO, a société par actions simplifiée registered in France ("Auvipo", "we", "us"). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Auvipo is the data controller for the game.

This policy covers the Rugby Careers 26 mobile app for iOS and Android, and explains plainly what data is — and is not — processed when you play. Questions are always welcome at support@auvipo.com.

2.Data we collect: none

The game is a fully offline, single-player experience:

The only data processing connected to the game comes from two third parties, described below: Google's advertising SDK and the app store that processes purchases (Apple or Google).

3.Data stored on your device

The game saves the following locally on your device only: career and match progress, squads, settings, your coin/gem balances and purchase entitlements, your ad-consent choice, and ad frequency counters. This data:

4.Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the game shows capped full-screen ads between matches and optional "watch an ad for a bonus" rewarded videos. Ads are served by the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) together with Google's User Messaging Platform (the consent framework). This is the only component of the game that collects data.

What Google may collect when ads are served

Google uses this data to serve and measure ads, cap how often you see them, and prevent fraud; with your consent it may also personalise ads. For full detail, see:

Mediation adapters ship disabled. The app binary technically contains adapters for two additional ad networks (Meta Audience Network and Vungle/Liftoff), but they are disabled: no ad requests are made to them and no data is shared with them. If they are ever enabled, this policy will be updated first.

5.Your choices and consent

European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland

Before the game requests a single ad, Google's consent form is shown and your choice is respected. If consent is not given, the current version of the game simply does not load ads at all for that session — the game remains fully playable, always.

Changing your mind (EEA/UK)

Your consent choice is stored only on your device. The current version does not yet include an in-app button to reopen the consent form (one is planned for a future update). Until then, you can withdraw or change your choice by deleting and reinstalling the app — the stored choice is cleared and the form is shown again on next launch. You can also email us and we will help.

iOS App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, the system will ask whether the app may track you before any personalised advertising uses your device's advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (on older iOS versions: Settings → Privacy → Tracking). If you decline, ads still work but are not personalised using the IDFA.

Android advertising ID

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (wording varies slightly by Android version), or opt out of ads personalisation there.

Playing without interruptions

The one-time Remove Ads purchase permanently removes full-screen interstitial ads. Rewarded "watch an ad" bonuses remain available but only ever play when you choose to tap them.

6.In-app purchases

Optional purchases (coin and gem packs, Remove Ads, the Starter Pack) are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive — and never see — your name, billing address, card number or any other payment detail. The store only tells the app that a purchase succeeded, and the resulting entitlement is stored in your local save.

To restore non-consumable purchases (such as Remove Ads) on a new device or after a reinstall, use Settings → Account → Restore purchases in the game. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.

7.Children

Rugby Careers 26 is a general-audience sports game (expected App Store age rating 4+; PEGI 3 on Google Play, with a target audience of 13 and over). It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children — as described above, we do not collect personal information from anyone. Advertising is served subject to the consent mechanisms in section 5. If you are a parent or guardian and have any concern, contact us at support@auvipo.com.

8.Data retention

We retain no personal data, because none reaches us — there is nothing to retain or delete on our side. Data stored on your device persists until you delete the app or clear its data. Data processed by Google in connection with advertising is retained according to Google's retention policy.

9.Your rights under the GDPR

Legal bases. Personalised advertising is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through the consent form described in section 5, and you can withdraw it at any time as described there. Limited technical processing for non-personalised ad serving, frequency capping and fraud prevention may be based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), as described in Google's policy.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify and erase personal data concerning you, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or the authority of your country of residence.

In practice: because we hold no personal data about you, requests concerning advertising data are best exercised through the device controls in section 5 or directly with Google. Email us and we will gladly help you do either.

10.California and other US states

We do not sell personal information, and we hold none to sell. Depending on your settings, the collection of device identifiers by Google for cross-context behavioural (personalised) advertising may qualify as "sharing" under the California Privacy Rights Act. You can opt out of this:

California residents also have rights to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Since we collect nothing, a request to us will simply confirm that no data is held; for data processed by Google, see Google's privacy policy. Residents of other US states with comparable laws have equivalent rights.

11.International transfers

Google processes advertising data on servers around the world, including in the United States. For data transferred out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, Google relies on recognised safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in Google's privacy documentation. We transfer no data anywhere, because we receive none.

12.Security

The attack surface of the game is deliberately small: no accounts, no developer servers, no transmission of your data by us. On-device data is protected by your operating system's app sandbox, and the ad SDK communicates with Google over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

13.Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices ever change — for example if a currently disabled ad network is enabled — this policy will be updated before the change ships, and the effective date at the top will be revised. The current version is always published at games.auvipo.com/rugby-careers-26/privacy, the same address linked from the game's Settings screen.
