Rugby Careers 26
Terms of Use
Short version: play fairly, the game and its content stay ours, coins and gems are game tokens with no real-world value, purchases and refunds go through your app store, and nothing here limits the consumer rights the law gives you.
1.Agreement
These Terms of Use (the "terms") are an agreement between you and AUVIPO, a société par actions simplifiée registered in France (SIREN 991494089, registered office 39 quai de Grenelle, 75015 Paris) and the publisher of Rugby Careers 26 (the "game"). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not install or play the game.
If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it is stricter than these terms, it prevails. Section 12 contains additional Apple-required provisions.
How the game handles data is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
2.Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game for private, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the app store's usage rules. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
Except where the law expressly permits it (for example the interoperability exceptions of EU software law), you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works from the game or any of its content, and you may not decompile or reverse-engineer it.
3.Virtual items and currency
The game contains virtual items and currencies — coins, gems, packs and similar ("virtual items"), earned in play or bought as optional in-app purchases.
- No monetary value. Virtual items are a licensed game feature, not property. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and are non-transferable.
- No refunds beyond store policy. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refunds are available only as required by applicable law or under the store's own refund policy — for Apple, requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Randomised items. Some items deliver randomised results (for example the Scouting Network pack, which refreshes the transfer list with randomly generated players). The odds or rating bands are disclosed in the item's description in the game before you buy.
- Balances live in your local save. The game is offline: your balances and entitlements exist only in the save file on your device. Deleting the app deletes them, and we have no server copy to restore (store purchases of non-consumables such as Remove Ads can be restored via Settings → Account → Restore purchases).
- Balancing. we may adjust prices, contents and availability of virtual items for future acquisitions; changes never retroactively remove what you have already received.
4.Advertising
The free version of the game shows a capped number of full-screen ads between matches, plus optional rewarded videos that only play when you choose to watch them for an in-game bonus. The one-time Remove Ads purchase permanently removes the full-screen ads; rewarded videos remain available and opt-in.
Ads are provided by third-party networks (see the Privacy Policy). Advertised products and services are the responsibility of the advertiser; their appearance in the game is not an endorsement by us.
5.Fair use of the game
You agree not to:
- circumvent, spoof or tamper with purchase entitlements, advertising, or consent mechanisms;
- extract, scrape or redistribute the game's assets, data sets or code;
- use the game unlawfully, or represent your use of it as affiliated with or endorsed by any third party.
The game is single-player and offline, so how you play beyond that — including editing your own fun — is your business.
6.Ownership
The game — its code, design, artwork, animation, audio and text — is © 2026 AUVIPO, all rights reserved. Third-party components (fonts, tools, libraries and assets) are used under their own licences, credited in the game's Licences screen.
Names of real athletes, clubs or competitions that may appear in the game are used for identification and descriptive purposes within a sports simulation. They remain the property of their respective owners. Rugby Careers 26 is an independent game: it is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any player, club, league, union or federation.
7.Updates and availability
We may update the game to add, change or remove features, and may eventually stop distributing or updating it. Because the game is offline, an installed copy keeps working as installed; features that depend on third parties (advertising, purchases and restores) depend on those services remaining available.
8.No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including any legal guarantee of conformity that cannot be waived.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data (including save files), profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to the game; and our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim and (b) fifty euros (€50).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your non-waivable consumer rights.
10.Termination
Your licence ends automatically if you materially breach these terms; you can end it at any time by deleting the game. On termination you must stop using the game and delete your copies. Sections 3, 6, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, you additionally benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and nothing in these terms deprives you of them or of the right to bring proceedings before your local courts where the law gives you that right.
12.Apple App Store terms
If you obtained the game through the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge that:
- these terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the game or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the game;
- in the event of a failure of the game to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price paid for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the game (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims) or any third-party claim that the game infringes intellectual-property rights;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you;
- you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example when the game gains features. The current version is always published at games.auvipo.com/rugby-careers-26/terms, with the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected in the game's update notes; continuing to play after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
